This website is operated by JEM Bikes Arizona ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Products

We sell pre-owned bicycles, components and cycling equipment. Each item is unique and sold in the condition described and photographed in its listing. We make every effort to describe items accurately, including size, components and any notable cosmetic or functional wear, but normal signs of use should be expected. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Because most items are one of a kind and may also be listed on other marketplaces, an item may sell before your order is processed. If that happens we will notify you and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with apparent pricing errors.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and Pickup

Shipping and local pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

Returns

All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Use at Your Own Risk

Cycling carries inherent risk. Every bike we sell is inspected and tuned, but you are responsible for ensuring proper fit, assembly (if shipped), and ongoing maintenance, and for riding safely. We recommend a professional fit and safety check after assembly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Information may contain typographical errors or omissions, and we may correct them or update information at any time.
